Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour, remove 2 tablespoons and set aside
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Crumble Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.

Step 3:
Place flour in a large bowl, minus the 2 tablespoons.

Step 4:
Toss the blueberries with the 2 tablespoons of flour, set aside.

Add baking powder to remaining flour.

Step 7:
In another bowl whisk together milk, oil, sugar, mayonnaise, egg and vanilla.

Add to flour mixture and gently fold in blueberries.

Step 9:
Pour batter into Bundt pan and bake 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Combine all crumble ingredients and top the cake.
