- 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and form into 4-6 patties.
Grill 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
Serve on toasted buns with Avocado Corn Salsa.
