- 16 ounce roll chocolate chip cookie dough
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
Spread a little more than half of the cookie dough in the bottom of a parchment lined 8 inch baking pan.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla and gently pour over cookie dough. Break remaining dough in pieces and top cream cheese with pieces.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Store in airtight container until ready to serve.
