Fall Off the Bone Baked Ribs


  • 2 21/2 pounds baby back ribs
  • Salt and pepper or your favorite prepared rub


  • Step 1:

    Heat oven to 275 degrees, generously shake salt, pepper or rub on each side.

  • Step 2:

    Cut ribs into approximately 4 sections, place meat side down in a large roasting pan.

  • Step 3:

    Make small slits in between the bones on the ribs.

  • Step 4:

    Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 3-31/2 hours, or until the meat falls off the bone.

  • Step 5:

    Serve with Peachy Barbecue Sauce or your favorite store bought.
