Ingredients
- 2 cups unsalted pecans
- 1 cup unsalted almonds
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions

Step 1:
Combine nuts in a large bowl.

Step 2:
In a small saucepan combine remaining ingredients and stir on low for about 3 minutes until ingredients are melted.

Step 3:
Pour over nuts and stir.

Step 4:
Place nuts a a baking sheet and spread into a single layer.

Step 5:
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, stirring several times.

Step 6:
Cool and serve.
