Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta, cooked (any kind)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 pound asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
- 1 yellow squash, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Step 1:
Sautéed onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil, add remaining vegetables and sautéed until crisp tender ,toss in pasta.

Step 2:
Combine remaining olive oil, and remaining ingredients, toss into pasta mixture.
