Peach and Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1-2 peaches, chopped
  • 3 1/2 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 ounces Fontina cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 round flatbreads
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped spinach

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Step 2:

    Combine cheeses and set aside, brush flatbread with oil and sprinkle with salt.

  • Step 3:

    Divide cheese between flatbread, top with peaches.

  • Step 4:

    Place in oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted, remove and top with spinach.
