- 1-2 peaches, chopped
- 3 1/2 ounces goat cheese
- 2 ounces Fontina cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 round flatbreads
- Pinch of salt
- Chopped spinach
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine cheeses and set aside, brush flatbread with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Divide cheese between flatbread, top with peaches.
Place in oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted, remove and top with spinach.
