Ingredients
- 6 cups watermelon cubes (1 inch). Equivalent to 2 pounds of watermelon cubes.
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ tsp kosher salt

Step 1:
Arrange the watermelon cubes in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Freeze until solid (about 4 hours).

Step 2:
Place the frozen watermelon, sweetened condensed milk and salt in a food processor. Process until smooth (about 3 – 5 minutes).

Step 3:
Transfer the soft sherbet to an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze until solid (about 2 hours). This keeps well in your freezer for up to 2 weeks.
