Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6-8 wedges
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thin
  • 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 8 sliced cooked and crumbled bacon

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.

  • Step 2:

    Combine salad ingredient in a large bowl and serve dressing on the side.
