  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 chicken tenders, cut in half, lengthwise
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 16 green olives stuffed with pimiento

  • Step 3:

Place panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a large zip top bag and shake till well mixed.

Dip 2 chicken strips into egg, then place them in the bag of panko mixture. Shake to coat. Place coated chicken pieces on prepared pan and repeat until all chicken is coated.

  • Step 5:

Spray each chicken piece two times with cooking spray.

  • Step 6:

Bake chicken for 7 minutes. Flip chicken and continue to bake for about 7 more minutes, until internal temperature of 165oF is reached.

Warm the marinara sauce over medium low heat.

  • Step 9:

Once your chicken is cooked, assemble your sliders.

  • Step 10:

  • Step 11:

Skewer the bun with two toothpicks and top the toothpicks with an olive each, to make it look like monster eyes. ***make sure you remove toothpicks before serving.
