Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 ¼ cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 chicken tenders, cut in half, lengthwise
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup marinara sauce
- 16 green olives stuffed with pimiento
- toothpicks
Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

Step 2:
Place egg in a shallow dish.

Step 3:
Place panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a large zip top bag and shake till well mixed.

Step 4:
Dip 2 chicken strips into egg, then place them in the bag of panko mixture. Shake to coat. Place coated chicken pieces on prepared pan and repeat until all chicken is coated.

Step 5:
Spray each chicken piece two times with cooking spray.

Step 6:
Bake chicken for 7 minutes. Flip chicken and continue to bake for about 7 more minutes, until internal temperature of 165oF is reached.

Step 7:
While your chicken is cooking, prepare your cheese slices by cutting the edges to look like sharp teeth.

Step 8:
Warm the marinara sauce over medium low heat.

Step 9:
Once your chicken is cooked, assemble your sliders.

Step 10:
On the bottom bun, place about a Tbsp of marinara sauce. Top with one piece of chicken, another Tbsp of marinara sauce, cheese (making sure the teeth are showing), and finally top of the bun.

Step 11:
Skewer the bun with two toothpicks and top the toothpicks with an olive each, to make it look like monster eyes. ***make sure you remove toothpicks before serving.
