Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups cooked chopped turkey (or chicken)
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 cup peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350ยบ.

Step 2:
Place one pie crust in bottom of a deep dish pie plate and set aside.

Sautee onions and celery in butter, then stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.

Step 4:
Gently pour mixture into pie crust, then top with cheese. Place remaining pie crust on top and crimp edges. Make a few slits in top crust to vent.

Step 5:
Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serves 4-6.
