Ingredients
- 4 cups soft bread cubes
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups sliced Georgia cooking apples
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 7” x 11” baking dish.

Step 2:
In a large bowl, combine bread, raisins, pecans, and apples.

Step 3:
In a small saucepan melt brown sugar, add milk and melted butter. Pour liquid mixture over bread mixture, and stir gently to combine.

Pour into baking dish.

Combine cinnamon, vanilla, and eggs in a small bowl, then pour over bread mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is set.

Step 6:
While pudding is cooking, combine sauce ingredients (1/4 C. brown sugar through vanilla) in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 7:
Remove from heat. Pour over cooked pudding or serve on the side.
