- 6 eggs, hard cooked & peeled
- ¼ cup cooked chopped bacon (about 6 slices)
- ¼ cup tomatoes, finely diced with seeds removed
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- Salt & pepper
Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.
In a small bowl, mash egg yolks to remove lumps.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix until smooth.
Spoon mixture into pastry bag with wide tip.
Fill egg halves with mixture, swirling to make decorative.
