Bacon & Tomato Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard cooked & peeled
  • ¼ cup cooked chopped bacon (about 6 slices)
  • ¼ cup tomatoes, finely diced with seeds removed
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.

  • Step 2:

    In a small bowl, mash egg yolks to remove lumps.

  • Step 3:

    Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix until smooth.

  • Step 4:

    Spoon mixture into pastry bag with wide tip.

  • Step 5:

    Fill egg halves with mixture, swirling to make decorative.
