Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2- 12 ounce bags broccoli slaw
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

  • Step 1:

    In a large bowl combine broccoli slaw, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and green onion.

  • Step 2:

    Whisk together dressing ingredients and stir into broccoli mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use. This will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Makes about 10 servings.
