- 1 packet dry ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds new potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 butter, melted
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4-5 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine ranch and olive oil, toss in potatoes.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake of 30 minutes until the begin to turn brown.
Remove from oven and combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted about 15-20 minutes.
