Ingredients
- 12 Wonton wrappers
- Non-stick Cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 12 medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup guacamole
- ½ cup pico de gallo
- 1 Tbsp chopped green onion

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2:
Arrange wonton wrappers in 12 muffin cups. Spray wrappers with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven for 5 – 7 minutes or until edges are starting to brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

Step 3:
In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, lime juice, and chili powder. Toss in the shrimp and stir until shrimp are well coated. Cook in skillet over medium heat, about 5 – 7 minutes, until they are opaque throughout.

Step 4:
Fill each wonton cup with a spoonful of guacamole, a spoonful of pico de gallo, and then top with one shrimp. Sprinkle green onion on top of shrimp.
