Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, plus some for greasing your pan
- 1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
- 5 cups chocolate flavored crispy rice cereal
- 1/3 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
- White icing (in a tube or piping bag)
Directions

Step 1:
Grease a 9x13 in baking dish with butter and set aside.

Step 2:
Melt ¼ cup butter in a large sauce pan over medium low heat.

Step 3:
Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 4:
Quickly stir the cereal and coconut into the butter-marshmallow mixture.

Step 5:
Press into prepared pan using the back of a buttered spoon or spatula.

Step 6:
Cool completely before cutting into football shapes and then decorate with icing.
