- 14.5 ounce package Oreos
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Slightly thaw ice cream so that it is spreadable.
Place Oreos in a large zip lock bag and using something heavy crush the cookies.
Combine half the crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9 x13 inch pan.
Freeze for 10 minutes.
Gently spread ice cream over cookie crumbs, sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs over ice cream.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Allow to soften a bit before serving.
