Ingredients
- 1 pound baby Georgia carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Georgia honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1:
In a medium saucepan cook carrots in boiling water until crisp-tender, then drain.

Combine butter, honey and lemon juice in saucepan over low heat.

Add drained carrots, salt and pepper, and stir until carrots are coated with the honey mixture. Makes 4 servings.
