Ingredients
- 1/2 box jumbo shells, (about 15 shells), cooked according package directions
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 30 ounce jar pasta sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese save 1/2 cup for top of shells
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 cups roughly chopped fresh spinach
Directions

Step 1:
In a large skillet brown sausage and drain off any excess fat.

Step 2:
Pour pasta sauce into skillet with sausage, simmer while preparing rest of ingredients.

Step 3:
Combine cheeses and egg, stir in spinach.

Step 4:
Stuff each shell with about 2 tablespoons of mixture.

Step 5:
Pour about 1/2 cup of sauce in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 6:
Place stuffed shells opening side up on top of sauce.

Step 7:
Pour remaining sauce over shells and top with remaining cheese.

Step 8:
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
