- 4 ears of corn, shucked
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine butter, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic powder, brush on corn and wrap each ear in foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
