- 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups whipped topping
- 3 peaches, chopped plus 1 sliced for garnish
- 1 graham cracker crust
Beat cream cheese until creamy, add sugar and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping and peaches.
Pour into crust and freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
Garnish with sliced peaches.
