Peanut Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups lightly salted peanuts, divided
  • 1 bag peanut butter chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • Kosher salt to taste optional

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Place 2 cups in the bottom of a 11x7 parchment paper lined baking dish.

  • Step 2:

    Melt butter and chips over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly.

  • Step 3:

    Remove from heat, stir in condensed milk, salt and marshmallows until smooth.

  • Step 4:

    Carefully pour over marshmallow mixture.

  • Step 5:

    Gently press remaining peanuts into mixture.

  • Step 6:

    Refrigerate until form.

  • Step 7:

    Cut into bite size squares.
