Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- ½ cup canola oil (or oil of your choice for frying)
- Honey or barbecue sauce

Step 1:
Gather 3 large bowls. Place flour in one bowl, mix together egg and water in the second bowl, and place the finely chopped peanuts in the third bowl.

Step 2:
Dredge each chicken tender through the flour, then the egg, then the peanuts. Prepare all the tenders before you begin frying.

Step 3:
Add canola oil to a medium skillet and heat over medium heat. When oil is ready, add 4 to 5 chicken tenders to the skillet. (Fry tenders in small batches for best results).

Step 4:
Cook each side of the tender for 3 – 5 minutes, until golden brown.

Step 5:
Place on a paper towel lined plate to drain.

Sprinkle with honey or dip in your favorite barbecue sauce.
