Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tomatoes (3-4 medium), diced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Directions

  • Step 1:

    In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.

  • Step 2:

    Stir in 2 Tbsp lime juice and lightly season with salt and pepper.
