Ingredients
- 1 pound tomatoes (3-4 medium), diced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper

In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
