Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin (about 3-4 pounds)
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tarragon
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions

Step 1:
In medium bowl combine all ingredients except tenderloin.

Step 2:
Place tenderloin in large food storage bag or storage container, then add marinade mixture and seal bag/container.

Step 3:
Allow to marinate several hours or overnight.

Step 4:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Step 5:
Place tenderloin in baking dish, then bake about 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160º.
