Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 10 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

Step 1:
Whisk together the eggs, half and half, salt, pepper, paprika and ground mustard.

Step 2:
Spread half the cheese in the bottom of a 10 inch deep dish pie plate.

Step 3:
Place bacon, and onion on top of cheese, add remaining cheese, pour egg mixture over top of cheese.

Step 4:
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375 and continue baking for 30-35 minutes or until set.
