Ingredients
- 1 14 ounce can salmon, bones and skin removed
- 2 tablespoons finely sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons finely diced onion
- 2 tablespoons finely diced bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons if you are frying the croquettes

Step 1:
In a medium bowl, crumble salmon into small pieces.

Add all ingredients (except if you are using oil for frying), mix well.

Shape into 1/4 cup patties.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, place patties on sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
