Ingredients
- Peeled and deveined shrimp (allow about 6 per person)
- Red and green bell peppers, cut into one-inch pieces
- 1 small Vidalia onion, cut into one-inch pieces
- 4-5 Georgia peaches, sliced into one-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Step 1:
Place shrimp, peppers and onion in a nonreactive bowl.

Step 2:
In separate bowl combine pineapple juice, honey Sriracha sauce and pepper, then pour over shrimp mixture.

Step 3:
Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 4:
Alternate shrimp, peppers, onions and peaches on skewers.

Step 5:
Place skewers on preheated grill, and turn several times for about 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
