- 4 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter, softened
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine strawberries, sugar, corn starch and lemon juice.
Place in an 8x 8inch baking dish.
Combine oats, flour and brown sugar, stir in softened butter until it is crumbly.
Evenly place over strawberry mixture. (Using your hands to crumble the mixture works well).
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
