Sun-dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Hot sauce to taste, about 5-6 drops
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • Step 2:

    Serve with vegetables or crackers.
