Suzanne’s Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 slices bread torn into pieces
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or more if desired
  • 1/4 teaspoon each black pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt, garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2:

    In a large bowl combine all ingredients, transfer to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.

  • Step 3:

    Bake for 1 hour or until done.
