Taco Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 4 ounce can green chilies, drained
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chilies, partially drained
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Brown beef, drain any excess fat.

  • Step 2:

    Stir in chilies, taco seasoning and tomatoes.

  • Step 3:

    Line muffin tin with wonton wrappers, fill each with taco mixture and top with cheese.

  • Step 4:

    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
